CHAENG lime production line is composed by vertical preheater, rotary kiln, vertical cooler, coal mill and some other devices.The vertical preheater is one of the main machine for active lime production line, function of vertical rotary kiln preheater is send the material transfer by the upside to preheater, and use the rotary kiln let out calcined high temperature to uniformly preheat the material inside preheater up to 900 degrees Celsius, during the preheater process, 30% calcium carbonate will be decomposition in preheat, and then will be pushed into rotary kiln by hydraulic putter for calcining, this kind of process not only greatly shorten the calcining time, but also customers can get high performance active lime at same time.

Vertical preheater structure:

1.Upside feeding system

Mainly including upside material warehouse, unloading tube, cutting mode and structure that ensure the feeding process to preheat could be safe and closed, therefore, the outside cold air can not enter preheater.

2.Preheating warehouse

It is the key part which guarantee the material preheated up to 900 degrees Celsius, it is composed with preheater warehouse, suspension device, refractory lining and some other parts.

3.Material pushing device

Including push head, frame and connecting rod and other parts, the push head is made from heat-resistant steel casting or welding, can resist high temperatures, also adopt electronic control and hydraulic system, the hydraulic push rod can be automatically controlled to push material.

4.Hydraulic system

Including the fuel tank, oil pump, motor, solenoid valve, hydraulic tubing, etc. The main role is to control the push material device to complete the push material action.

5.Cutting funnel

The main role is send the preheated material into the cold smoke room.

6.Frame

It mainly includes columns, ring beam, mainly function is to load the upper structure of preheater.
