1.The material that has been ground and dried together with the airflow enters the classifier from the lower part, and the air guiding blade of the classifier makes the dust and air form a tangential flow. The direction of rotation of the rotor and the direction of eddy of the air guide vanes are the same.

2.At the gap between the guide vane and the rotor blade, a space of centrifugal force is formed to separate the dust/air.

3.The large-grained material is thrown to the outside, falls by gravity, and after leaving the gap, it is collected and returned to the grinding disc for re-grinding.

4.The finished material leaves the classifier through the outlet pipe of the classifier with the air.

1, advanced classification principle, improve dispersion. It does not need to be equipped with a large air box pulse dust collector, which not only reduces the system power consumption, and reduce investment costs and maintenance costs, energy saving is very obvious.

4. Improve the quality of finished products and avoid over-grinding. Due to the high efficiency and high precision of the powder selection machine, the material is over grind, the particle size distribution of the finished product is narrow, and the gradation composition is reasonable.
