Xinxiang Great Wall can provide large-scale mineral grinding mills to meet various fineness requirements. The equipment operates by driving the cylinder to rotate at a set speed through the transmission device. Ore is fed into the cylinder through the central sleeve at one end and is gradually crushed under the combined action of gravity, centrifugal force, and grinding media until it reaches the desired particle size for discharge.

The company owns a large-scale casting base with an annual production capacity of 55,000 tons, employing advanced casting and heat treatment processes to comply with different national non-destructive testing standards, ensuring reliable quality and controlled delivery times for kiln and mill components.

Additionally, the company is equipped with over 500 sets of medium and large-scale machining equipment, including more than 50 high-precision, highly automated machines. This robust machining capability provides strong support for the manufacturing of high-quality kiln and grinding equipment.

    consumption Ideal for coarse grinding of medium-hard, highly brittle ores after primary crushing.

    Overflow Semi-Autogenous Grinding Mill

    φ4.0-φ6.7м

    Uniform discharge, high capacity;

    Commonly used for processing iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore; limestone, quartz, and feldspar in non-metallic mining.

  • Overflow Ball Mill

    Customizable for sizes below φ6.0m

    Slow-speed drive, oil-mist lubrication, optional sliding/rolling bearings, soft start;

    Commonly used for fine grinding requiring strict particle size control.

    Overflow Rod Mil

    Customizable for sizes below φ4.0m

    Fast discharge, uniform output;

    Commonly used in metal ore beneficiation, non-metallic mineral processing, and building material production. Especially suitable for coarse and medium grinding operations requiring uniform particle size and low overgrinding.
