Why does the coal vertical mill discharge debris

27 Sep,2022 UTC+8 Views:

1. Theoretically speaking, if the wind speed of the nozzle ring of the vertical coal mill is sufficient, the mill will not discharge debris, but will only be fully milled. However, in actual production, the wind speed of the nozzle ring cannot be increased indefinitely, and if the negative pressure at the inlet of the mill is too large or too small, it will affect the wind speed of the nozzle ring, so a small amount of debris will be discharged.
2. For the grinding ability of the mill, as long as the grinding rollers and grinding tables are not worn very seriously, the clearance is appropriate, and the loading pressure is in place, the grinding ability will not be a problem. If the wear between the grinding roller and the grinding table is serious, the amount of debris discharged from the mill will increase;
3. Different coal quality will also lead to different amounts of debris discharged from the vertical mill;
4. The vertical mill itself will reduce the moisture content of the material and dry the material during the grinding process. Therefore, if water is sprayed inside the mill, the amount of debris discharged from the mill will increase;
